What are the 7 roots?
- Chuchuwasi
Chuchuwasi is a plant native to the western region of the Peruvian Amazon jungle. The parts used are the root, bark and leaves, and the most common forms of preparation are alcoholic or aqueous macerations, and decoctions.
- Huanarpo macho
Huanarpo macho is a wild shrub native to Peru that reaches 1 to 2 meters high. It grows in the Marañón River valley (high jungle) and in the towns of Ancash, Arequipa, Cajamarca, Huanuco, Lima, La Libertad and Puno (high Andean areas). It is known for its aphrodisiac properties.
- Black maca
Black maca is a plant that is native to and grows exclusively in the Andes of Peru. In published articles, it has been described that its consumption improves sexual function, increasing sperm production without producing an alteration in the concentrations of testosterone, luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle stimulating hormone (FSH).
- Icoja
Icoja is a natural tree with great health benefits, widely used for ailments such as arthritis, diarrhea, external wounds, internal wounds, pellagra, cold, etc.
- Murure
