Shipping costs

Shipping costs will vary depending on the weight of your package and its location. International packages are sent by economic postal service (USPS) and DHL EXPRESS (international service) from the USA. For Peru: motorized agent (metropolitan Lima) and Olva courrier (Provinces).
Tips to optimize the shipping price

  • In the shopping cart, the weight of your order is displayed live. You can come back and buy more products so that your purchase has the maximum weight of the scale, optimizing your shipping cost.

  • Bear in mind that your order does not enter your mailbox and your presence will be required for receipt or collection at the postal company's branch. (WE DO NOT SEND ORDERS TO POST BOXES).
Returns and replacements

International orders

Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, you can contact us [email protected] and we will be happy to arrange a return or exchange for you. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 60 days of receipt for an exchange, credit, or refund (excluding shipping charges). All products have a guarantee.

Policy of exchanges and returns

To proceed with the return, product exchange, the following general conditions must be met:

  • Returns are not accepted for those products that, after their delivery, have been rejected by the customer due to purchase withdrawal.
  • Changes are accepted only if the product arrived in poor condition or is not the product purchased in your purchase.
  • If you receive a different product than the one you bought, you must report it no later than 2 calendar days after receiving the product.
  • To proceed with the change, the client must send an email to [email protected] with a copy to [email protected] with the following information: Order number, name and surname, attach photographs of the product received. The email must have a subject: Claim - (insert your name and surname).
  • The product must be in optimal condition: It must be returned to its original box and with its properly legible labels.
  • The product must not be damaged or present manipulations that affect its condition again.
  • It is an essential requirement to present the purchase number, name and surname to manage an exchange and / or return.
  • Once the complaint is received, the logistics area will contact you to continue with the change process.
  • The change will be made within 10 business days.

Bear in mind that, if you do not follow the established indications, the exchange and / or return will not be valid, you will proceed only under the established guidelines.

Additional shipping conditions

  • We do not make cash on delivery or cash on delivery nationwide, only for metropolitan Lima.
  • Delivery time in Lima is 48 to 72 business hours and 3 to 6 business days for provinces of the Peruvian territory.
  • The package will be sent to the address that was entered into our system (at the time of registration), if the postal service does not find the consignee, it will leave an arrival notice to pick up the package at the nearest post office, the package will NOT be left to the doorman, janitor, watchman, guardian.
  • It should be noted that Sundays and holidays are not considered a delivery service since they are counted as non-business days.
  • We do everything possible to respect the delivery deadlines mentioned, however we are not responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery or loss of packages by the postal service or Courier for unforeseeable or insurmountable reasons or causes of force majeure, If the package is not delivered within the indicated period, an investigation will be carried out together with the carrier and a full refund will be made if the case deserves.
