Muña or andean peppermint Essential Oil
Muña essential oil is extracted by steam dragging from a small-leaved, multi-branched shrub that grows in the Peruvian Andes, muña is highly prized for its medicinal and aromatic values. The muña (Spanish) is also known as Andean mint.
Muña or andean peppermint was the mint of the Incas. It has been used to stimulate the prevention of various types of respiratory problems that decongest the respiratory system. Peruvian natives have also used it to treat fractures and dislocations.
